Single room in a friendly and well-kept shared house with a garden located on a quiet street next to the canal & allotments.

The room is 2.4m x 2m, fully furnished: single bed (new mattress), chest of drawers, shelving, cloths hanging rail (all furniture shown in pictures).

The house has a shared kitchen with everything you'd expect/need, inc a nice espresso machine & airfryer, dining/living room: sofa, dining table & large TV. Toilet and bathroom are separate, & garden is the perfect size for chilling out and for a bbq.
We have a cleaning rota to maintain all shared areas of the house, and it is mandatory that everyone takes their turn to clean.

We're 8-10mins walk to Alperton station, 20-25mins walk to Wembley Central & 20-25mins walk to Hanger Lane. Sainsbury's superstore and Lidl are 5min walk away.
Off-street parking on the driveway in front of the house is available but its shared on first come first serve basis with other housemates.

There is four of us in the house, 2 guys and 1 couple (Irish, Slovak, Italian & Spanish) all working professionals, ranging from mid-twenties to early forties. We have a very friendly & relaxed atmosphere to live in, which we consider as our home, not just a “shared house” with total strangers! and will only consider someone clean, considerate of others, friendly, and social who will fit in well with us.

All bills are included in the rent:

£575 pcm (deposit £500)
