The property is in Alperton, Wembley, a 4 minute walk from Alperton tube Stn. (Piccadilly line). 483 goes to Ealing and Harrow). Wembley Central Overland Trains and Bakerloo line is a mile away as is Hanger Lane (Central line). There are two night buses (483 and 297).

Rent includes reasonable use of energy, Fast 5G broadband. Basic household things (loo rolls etc.) and all usual bills. There are 2 bathrooms, central heating and a garden. There is a gym opposite Alperton tube Stn (£24 monthly contract). Many local shops, restaurants and takeaways. Sainsbury supermarket is a ten minute walk, and Lidl supermarket 5 minutes.

Common parts are cleaned regularily including rooms hoovered.

Bringing guests back is discouraged, especially overnight ones. It’s been tried before and the place ends up like living in Piccadilly Circus! Plus there's a security risk.
