Double bedroom in 2 bed flat 1/2 nights peer week

I have a lovely double room available for rent from April for someone who is looking for 1/2 days per week stay during weekdays.

The building is a stunning new construction of awarded design located in Barking, situated 3 minutes away from Barking station. It counts with Concierge service, a bike garage and a roof garden. It has an excellent location, close to Stratford (14 min), The City and Tower Hill (15 - 30m).

The area is full of supermarkets (lidl, Asda, Tesco) and other handy stores nearby; Wilco, Superdrug, Boots, JD, Poundland, B&M, Costa Caffe and the post office. Other facilities within 5 -10 minutes walking distance include Gym facilities , a 25 meters main pool, a Spa, a theatre (Broadway) with full program of music, comedy, dance and others shows, Barking Park and the Roding River walk. Barking Park, is a restored 30 hectare public park with play areas (including a splash park that's open in the summertime), shrubberies, wildflower meadows and a cafe by the boating lake.

Also a few miles up the road you have Europe’s biggest shopping mall, Westfield Stratford City.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a Spanish professional who works in the City. About me I am an easy going and friendly person who likes going to the park, yoga, reading, movies, photography, dance, music and Although I am mostly working, I am always up for a glass of wine and good conversation :).

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room with kitchen and a balcony with stunning sunrise views, very enjoyable during the summer. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, underfloor heating via centralised heating system. TV with access to Netflix and Amazon video and high speed broadband.

Price is £350 for 1 night and £400 per month for 2 nights stay per week (Monday-Friday)
