Furnished Double Room, Short-Term Let

I'm offering my spare double bedroom on a short-term (temporary) basis in Barking Riverside. The room is furnished and available for £800 PCM, all bills included.

This is a two-bedroom flat on the first floor, which I share with my husband and our new baby. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and you'd share one with us.

The apartment is near Barking Riverside Station, a 9-minute walk (50 minutes to London Bridge, 60 minutes to Victoria) & Barking Riverside Boats (30 minutes to Canary Wharf).

We both work from home a lot of the time, though we're out of the house at various points too. As we have a young baby in the house, we'd appreciate someone who's understanding of the odd bit of noise, and equally we'll be mindful of keeping things calm for you too. A tidy home matters to us and we keep things clean throughout. This room is available to female applicants only. It's not essential, but we'd love someone who's often out during the day (e. g. working outside the home). Looking for someone kind and respectful of shared space. Sorry, no couples.
