There are 1 bathroom upstairs and one shower room downstairs with a wc making the house more comfortable .

There are lovely couple indian living downstairs who are very respectful and friendly and also like their own privacy. Both of them are working professionals .

The kitchen is shared with the other housemates. We kindly ask everyone to follow a clean-as-you-go approach and to keep the kitchen clean and tidy after each use. Maintaining a hygienic and respectful shared environment is very important for the comfort of all housemates.

A dedicated cleaner visits the property every week to clean all shared areas, helping to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Cleaning products, toilet paper, bin bags, and other essential household supplies are provided for an additional £15 per month.
