It's in an apartment complex with a concierge, gym and cafe. Just 5minutes walk to a big Tesco, and 10minutes walk to the high street with Lidl, Boots, Superdrug, ASDA, an EveryoneActive Leisure Centre (who do a great pilates offer if that's your thing!) and more.

About the flat:
- Modern and spacious
- Big double room, comes with the bed, and two large cupboards and bed side table seen in picture
- Balcony off the kitchen, living room area
- Sharing a bathroom with one other girl (the other has an en-suite)
- As well as Barking train station, plenty of bus links 2minutes and 10minutes walk away (can be at Stratford Westfield in 50minutes)

You'd be sharing the flat with two lovely girls in their late twenties. There is a warm, peaceful and relatively chill dynamic in the flat and would love to find someone who is friendly , clean and considerate.

Would be paying a deposit to myself and an additional £50 for the change of tenancy.
Rent is £778 + bills (including council tax) roughly £135.21 per month.

I'm looking to move out sometime in end of August/September so move in date is not fixed and can be discussed but would be looking to have someone takeover the tenancy for September 1st so need submit for references by end of July.
