A fully furnished en-suite double room is available in a two-bed flat in Barking Wharf Square, Barking, from 1st June to 30th June.

The rent is £1,200 for the full one-month stay, with bills included. This includes Wi-Fi, utilities and council tax. A £250 refundable deposit is required and will be returned after check-out, subject to no damage, missing keys, or unpaid agreed charges. Payment is required upfront before move-in.

The room comes with its own private en-suite bathroom, so the toilet and bathroom are not shared. The kitchen and living space are shared with the current occupant of the flat.

The flat is close to Barking Station, approximately 5–8 minutes’ walk away, with easy access to local shops, transport links and nearby amenities.

The room is suitable for professionals. Couples are also welcome. There is no gender preference.

Please note the room is available for one month only, from 1st June to 30th June. Extension may be discussed, but it is not guaranteed.
