A spacious double room is for rent in a brand new home. The building is newly built in the fast evolving area of east London.
The room is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, desk/dresser, tv and shelves. All bills are included. LGBTQ+ warmly welcomed.
The flat is about 8 minutes walk from Barking station which gives easy connection to the city centre by the Hammersmith and City line, Overground or C2C rail. It is 25 minutes from Stratford, 50 minutes to Oxford Street.
The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, utility room, a spacious kitchen/sitting room area and a balcony overlooking the internal garden.
As landlord I would like to find someone to share with who appreciates the flat as I do by keeping it tidy and clean. I am looking for a quiet professional to move in for the minimum of 6 months.
As for me, I work long hours during the week and like travelling when I'm free. I have two cats as well, please be mindfull if you have allergies. Please only contact if you have references.
