I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat in Barking. The room is available from mid-August.

I genuinely love living here and wouldn’t be moving if my office wasn’t in Fulham. The flat has been amazing, and the location makes everyday life incredibly convenient.

Rent

• £965 PCM if you move in from mid-August (you will pay half of it)
• £980 PCM from September
• Bills are approximately £130 PCM

About the Flat

The flat is on the 4th floor, but the views make it feel much higher. You can see The Shard from your bedroom, and on New Year’s Eve you can watch London’s fireworks from the balcony without leaving home.

The flat stays surprisingly warm during winter, so heating costs are generally lower than expected.

The bedroom is spacious with an incredible amount of storage, something that’s genuinely hard to find in London rentals.

The transport links are excellent, with:

Getting into Central London is quick and easy.
