Looking for someone to take over my room in Barking from October!

Due to personal circumstances, I’ll be moving out of London for a little while, so I’m sadly having to leave my lovely home of the past 2+ years. I’ve genuinely loved living here and would love to find someone who will enjoy it just as much!

The room itself is a lovely furnished double with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. It’s bright and spacious, with plenty of room for a bed, desk and storage, making it a really comfortable space to call home.

The flat is modern, bright and spacious, with a large open-plan living/kitchen area and balcony. The development also has a gym, communal workspace and concierge. It’s around a 15-minute walk from Barking station, with a bus right behind the building, and Tesco, Asda and other shops nearby.

You’ll be sharing with Laura, a girl in her late 20s who is respectful, friendly and easy-going. We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, respects each other’s space, but is also up for occasionally hanging out or doing something together. ❤️
