I’m looking for someone to take over my en-suite double room in a spacious and clean two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Barking.

The flat is on the 17th floor and is in a very convenient location. Barking Station is only a three-minute walk away, with c2c, District and Hammersmith & City line services. Asda Superstore and Lidl are both around five minutes away, while a large Tesco is approximately 15 minutes away. There are also several gyms nearby.

The property is in Council Tax Band D.

You would be living with one existing flatmate, who is clean, friendly, sociable and very welcoming. She is genuinely lovely to live with, so I’m looking for someone who is also clean, considerate and easy-going.
