Hi everyone! I’m sad to say my lovely flatmate is moving back home to Birmingham, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over his amazing en-suite double room in a spacious, modern, and clean 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Barking.

The Room & Flat:

Your Room: A spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was newly fitted when we moved in two months ago, so it's in great condition. The room comes with loads of storage, including an ottoman lifting bed with massive under-bed space.

Fully Furnished: The flat is completely furnished. Our fantastic landlord provided all cookware, kitchenware, and cleaning equipment, making it super convenient, you can just move in and feel right at home!

Living Space & Balcony: A massive living room with plenty of storage and a shared desk setup. We also have a large balcony facing Central London, offering gorgeous sunset views over the city skyline every evening.

Location & Transport:

Transport: On the 17th floor of a very convenient building. Barking Station is just a 2-minute walk away, with easy access to c2c train services, as well as the District and Hammersmith & City lines.

Amenities: Asda Superstore and Lidl are both a 3-minute walk away, a large Tesco is about 15 minutes away, and there are several gyms nearby.

The property is in Council Tax Band D.
The flat is very efficient and super warm in the winter. It has floor heating.

We have modern cleaning tools and a washing machine with a dryer. We also have a dishwasher and an air fryer.

About Me:
I have lived in London for 7 years. I’m a designer for a fintech company based near Bank, working on a hybrid schedule. When working from home, I’m quiet and like to "lock in."

I’m friendly, clean, sociable, easygoing, and very respectful of personal space and shared areas. I like to clean up the kitchen right after I cook, and I clean the living room once per week. I believe in open, clear communication. I’m a morning person who enjoys going to the gym, exploring nature, art, adventures, trying new things, traveling, and spirituality.
