Furnished double room in a new build flat in Barking Riverside. I own and live in the flat and have my own en suite so you'll have exclusive use of the main bathroom.

The room includes a wardrobe, desk, chair, monitor and keyboard.

You'd have use of a designated parking space in the underground carpark.

The flat has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area plus a large balcony with views of the London skyline.

You'll be a 15 minute walk, or short bus ride, to Barking Riverside station and Barking Uber boat pier.

I'm open to different arrangements, for example reduced rent for mon-fri let.

I work in internal communications and spend around 2 days a week in the office. I enjoy cooking travelling, watching football and walking.

I'm looking for someone who's tidy and respectful. I'm very easy going and happy to socialise or give you your own space.

I'm also gay. I'm not looking specifically for an LGBT lodger but wanted to share.
