A comfortable, furnished single room is available in my flat in Barking, ideal for someone looking for a calm, easy-going place to live.

The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe, so it's ready to move straight into. You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with me, the live-in owner.

I work full time on weekday afternoons and evenings, so the flat is usually quiet and you'll have plenty of space to yourself. My daughter is away at university and visits occasionally. The household is quiet and independent, but if you fancy it, I'm always happy to make the odd home-cooked dinner to share.

The location is really convenient. Barking station is just a 10-minute walk, giving quick links into London, and Barking town centre is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shops are close by, and there are several parks and gyms nearby too.
