A modern and newly refurbished self-contained appartment room with separate kitchenette and ensuite. The entire accomodation is entirely and soley for your own uninterrupted use. (No shared use). The bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a small dining table and there is a small fully fitted kitchen ; use of your own shower room; The appartment is an annexe to the main family home. The appartment is for your own uninterrupted personal use for 1 person. The house is in a quiet and lovely residential area in Upney and also very close to bus links (3 minute walk) and 6 minute bus ride to Barking Station. From Barking, it is only 10 minutes to Stratford City and 30 minutes to Central London by tube/train. We are looking for someone who is happy to live quietly on their own.
