Elizabeth Line and District line within 10 - 15 minutes walk or 5-10 by bus. Close to 2 Elizabeth line train stations. 20 - 30 minutes commute into London by train. Sainsbury's, Morrison's, Tesco and Asda are 15-20 minutes away by public transport or car. Ilford and Romford mall also 20 minutes away. There are a few gyms that are a 15/20 minutes drive from the house. Rent per month includes all utility bills. 1st month's rent and deposit required.
