Dear future housemate and friend,
We have a lovely double room available in our cozy and friendly house 🏡 SINGLE USE ONLY

The room is with a big double bed🛏 and 1 large wardrobe.
The house has 3 bathrooms, with bathtub🛁 and shower🚿
A cozy living room 🛋and kitchen 🍽where we like having a chat and enjoying our food🍝, a glass of wine🍷, a cup of tea 🫖or coffee☕️
There are also 2 masive gardens🌳🌺 with terrace and barbecue place, where as usual when is nice weather we are doing barbecue and daily we are having our morning coffe or tea.
We also have a private parking🚙🚍

📍 The house is located in Barkingside, East London.
🚇 The house is 2 minutes from the central line station Barkingside.
🔴 Central line make commuting to the city very easy always you have seats available😉😎
Also due to the central line, night tube is available.🌃

For those who are driving🚗 are also good connection to A12, A13, A406, M11 and M25

✈️ Also in terms of traveling into the airports are good connection to Stansted, City Airport, Luton and Gatwick

Regarding the area, what I can tell you from our friends words is that it looks like a little oasis 🌳🌲🌺🌸🌼🐿️🦔🦜🦉🦆🦋- surrounded by nature, you feel like being in holiday everyday, but on the same time you can get fast into the city 🏞&🏙

For those one who like nature, next to the house, 5 minutes is 🏞Fairlop Waters Country Park, where you can walk, run, cycling, playing golf, ridding, going to gym, climbing and watter activities like canoeing, rowing, sailing.

🛒 🛍️ Speaking about shoping we have 5 minutes distance Sainsburys, Tesco, Lidl and other shops.

Also high Street with all the banks, post office, pubs and restaurants, 10 minute from the house

For those one who like going out there are nice restaurants and pubs in the area but on the same time you can go easy in city

🔸We are 4 peoples living in, 2 women 👩🏻 👩🏼and 2 men🧔🏻‍♂️🧔🏼‍♂️, professionals, working in marketing, graphics, acting and nature education & protection and 2 very clean, well behaved and friendly cats 🐈🐈‍⬛
🔸We like nature, healthy food (2 of us lacto-ovo vegetarian), gardening, music, running, cycling, yoga, tennis, motorcycles, boats and discovering London and the world.
🔸Speaking English 🇬🇧 ,French 🇫🇷 Spanish 🇪🇸 , Italian 🇮🇹 , Portuguese 🇵🇹 and Romanian 🇷🇴.
🟢 We are looking for a tidy and clean person, down-to-earth, with common sense, which respects and loves nature, is into healthy food and lifestyle, enjoys sports and music.
