The flat is friendly, open and comfortable; situated on a High Street (located at the back-end of the High Street, so it is nice and quiet), with excellent access to a local gym/pool, major shops/supermarkets and restaurants, and within 10 minutes walk of Fairlop Waters - an excellent open spaced lake/park, perfect for walks and bike rides.
The flat also has access to excellent travel connections, with multiple buses (150,167,169,172,247,462, N8), and only 7 minutes walk from Fairlop Station (Central Line) and Barkingside Station (Central Line).

The room itself is fully furnished, with a single bed, desk and chair, fridge and wardrobe. You will also have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony. We have access to fast broadband (Sky) and WiFi.

A little about ourselves: we are both working professionals in our mid-late twenties. We are friendly and enjoy living with a positive and good vibe. Our hobbies include dance, music, gym, gaming, just to name a few.


Note: we are in process of selling our property - which will take roughly 8 months. Preferably lodgers who plan to stay in the short to medium term.
We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy, thoughtful and sociable to share our home with. If you prefer your privacy, then we are more than happy to respect that. However, strictly no visitors or overnight stays. We will also expect you to be able to clear up after yourself within the flat.

I will be requiring a deposit (four week's rent), undertaking lodger referencing and -should you be a non UK national - all relevant checks on right to reside legally in UK.
For mutual benefit and security, both parties will be required to sign a lodger's agreement.
