You will be sharing with a family of 2 (father and 14 year old son), another (female) lodger and a cat. You will share the main bathroom with the other lodger. The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern conveniences. There is off-street parking available if you have a car

We have a woodland park across the road (Claybury Woods). Our local High St is a short walk and has good facilities: gym, library, post office, most bank branches, restaurants, coffee shops, main stores (Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl), among others.
