Room taken. Thank you for your interest but we now have a lodger.

We have a large room to rent in Barkingside, currently with a single sofabed. There's plenty of hanging space, chest of drawers, TV stand and two additional chairs.

You'll benefit from an additional kitchen / study room for your own use, making it perfect for anyone who works from home or is studying. You're also welcome to use the washing machine and dryer downstairs.

We offer almost exclusive use of a large, newly decorated bathroom too.

There's wifi throughout the house.

It's a 12 minute walk to Gants Hill station on the central line, then only 20 minutes into Liverpool Street or 30 minutes to Oxford Circus. We're a two minute walk to the local shops, including a Co-Op, post office and fish and chip shop! Tesco is a ten minute walk, and it's only 15 minutes to the High Street with a good mix of shops and cafés. There's also a nice country park / lake and lovely parks nearby,

If you drive, there's plenty of parking in our quiet, friendly road. We're ten minutes from the M11 with excellent links to the whole motorway system, including the M25 about 20 minutes away.

There's a garden you can relax in and we're lucky to have very nice neighbours. We also have a cat!
