​A very spacious kitchen (we cook rarely to avoid being intrusive).

​A wonderful garden with a dehor where we occasionally host barbecues.
​Plenty of free parking available right in front of the house.
​The Area
The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and crime-free. It is highly residential with nice people around, and it is completely safe for walking at night.
​About Us & Who We're Looking For
We are a group of 5 friends who have been living together for three years. We are sociable but peaceful, quiet, and deeply respectful of the home's tranquility. Cleanliness is very important to us—we always keep the common areas and bathrooms spotless.
​We are looking for a respectable person for a long-term stay who matches our vibe.
​Requirements
​1-month deposit required.
​Your monthly income must be at least 4 times the monthly rent.
