Double room in High Barnet

Hi everyone!

Small double room to let in High Barnet, London in a 4 bedroom household. 7-10 min walk from the Northern Line, in a lovely neighbourhood with a high street opposite.

Available from sometime in August, date tbc.

A second double room will be available soon in the house too, likely beginning of October. Please ask for more details if you’re a pair of friends

Rent with bills averages out £750 per month but goes slightly up and down due to shared items eg. Loo roll, cleaning products.

LGBTQ+ Friendly, we currently have a gorgeous cat, so MUST be cat friendly and actually like them ❤️

Currently 3 girlies, who like to natter, watch movies, cook and charity shop!

Furnished with a wardrobe and shelving unit

We have a lounge, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (although one is en-suite) and courtyard.

Not suitable for couples to rent together, but people are welcome to sleep over.

We would like someone clean and tidy (doesn’t have to be OTT, just a basic level of houseshare courtesy as have had some horror stories😊). Please DM with a little about you to arrange a viewing, and I will pass you on to the person leaving to sort out times and extra info.

It’s important for us to find someone who would like to treat this house as a home, and housemates as friends, as London life can be lonely!
