One YMCA is registered social housing provider and a Charity that serves a specific demographic as per our Articles of Association. This means we are legally allowed to filter our applicants using protected characteristics of The Equality Act 2010 in order To serve our mission demographic of individuals between ages 18 and 34.

We currently have newly refurbished rooms available in a shared property on Mays Lane, Barnet.

The accommodation includes:
Newly refurbished bedrooms
Shared bathroom with a maximum of 3 tenants sharing one bathroom.
Seperate toilet
Communal kitchen with oven, fridge, dining table, storage and toilet.

The property is conveniently located above the Co-op and can be accessed via outdoor stairs at the rear of the property. It is approximately a 16 minute walk to High Barnet Underground Station (northern line) and a 20 minute bus journey to New Barnet National Rail Station. Bus routes are available just outside the property, offering excellent transport link to the surrounding area

As part of your licence agreement, you will be allocated a Supported Housing Officer based locally at Shenwood Court in Borehamwood. They will be available to provide you with guidance and support.

Eligibility criteria: Aged between 18 and 34, Currently employed and be able to provide payslips covering the last 3 months.

The rent is £902.63 per month, payable in advance and inclusive of all bills, including utilities, council tax, broadband and WI-FI.
