Current tennant is female and works during the day 9-5 pm and is friendly and keeps the flat clean and tidy.
Beckenham high street is only a short walk away and has shops, bars and restaurants. London victoria is 20 mins on the train from beckenham junction and London Bridge is 25 mins on the train.
Previous tennants have loved living in the flat due to it's excellent location and leafy outlook and less built up feel compared to London.
