Hi! I have a double room to rent in my flat, in a quiet, tidy and nicely furnished property, to be shared only with me. Decorated to high standards, it is ideal if you're looking to relax and chill after work. The block of flats is situated in a crescent, so there is almost no traffic noise. Flat is council tax band C.

There are Sainsbury's, M&S and Waitrose within a 20 minute walk. In the area, you can also find many local shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Beckenham Place Park is a 10-minute walk away.

You can get to London Bridge in 30 minutes, and Brixton and London Victoria in 40 minutes.

About me:
I'm a 45 year old friendly professional working in market research. Originally from Brazil, I've been living in London for over 18 years. I love going to gigs and exhibitions, cooking, going to the pub with friends, with the occasional clubbing, sort of once a year. I also love staying home with my cat doing absolutely nothing!

I am looking for a laid back housemate who is tidy and who likes cats. 

The flat has gas central heating, wooden floors, double glazing, shared living room and conservatory. The kitchen features induction hob in case you're bringing pans.
