Property is walking distance to Elmers End station or short bus ride to Elmers End station, with trains to Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo East, all under 30 minutes. Beckenham Junction Station short bus ride away with trains to Kings College Hospital and Blackfriars/Victoria and Beckenham High street. Trams stop fom Elmers End, 10 mins to Croydon/Wimbledon, and lots of local buses. Beckenham Beacon Hospital and Park is a short walk away. Other relative parks are only a 10-15 bus ride away. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, as well as a variety of grocery shops and pharmacy and GP Surgeries close by.

You will be sharing with a lovely, quiet lady (Landlady) who's socially active.
I'm particularly looking to share my home with a neat, clean, and quiet lady or gay man.

The room, large double, to be let as a single occupancy inclusive of bills.

Utilities include fully furnished kitchen/dining room; with separate fridge/freezer. Free standing shower and large bathtub and toilet, will be shared between ONLY two people. Front and back garden with parking. Lovely, spacious 'studio' bottom of the garden, can be used as extra storage, relaxation (has light and heating).

Not suitable for someone who works from home.
