Very nice and cosy cottage with lovely, sunny garden including wood decking and covered lean to with mature vine. Great place to spend lazy summer days.
Share kitchen/diner, bathroom and garden.

Looking for a tidy and quiet professional person who is friendly and easy to live with and likes cats.

I am friendly, fun and sociable but also like my own space, so ideally looking for someone who is similar in outlook.

Clock House (to London Bridge/Charing X) and Kent House (to Victoria) stations 10 min walk away, as well as all facilities at Beckenham High Street close by.

Rooms available beginning of Jan 2012 References, one month deposit and one month rent required. Please note: I am looking for one person only to share with and I am not renting out the single or double room on their own.
