A lovely double bedroom is available in my welcoming maisonette, perfect for someone looking for a relaxed and comfortable home. The room is on the ground floor and can be furnished or unfurnished—whatever suits you best. It currently has a comfy sofa bed with a mattress topper for extra support.

You'll be sharing the bathroom (separate toilet), kitchen, and lounge—all kept clean, tidy, and cosy. The flat has a calm, homely vibe, and there's even a little balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air or a sunny morning tea. All bills are included, so it's hassle-free living.

🗓️ The room is available for a 6-month let, with the possibility to extend if we're both happy. It would suit somebody with minimal furniture/things, whos hygienic and keeps the place clean and tidy.

I’m a creative person with a few different jobs, so I’m often in and out. When I’m home, I like to keep the space peaceful and tidy—a place to recharge. I’m easygoing and sociable, and I’d love to share the flat with someone who enjoys the occasional chat over a cuppa but also values their own space.

This room would also suit someone looking for a Monday–Friday arrangement.
