There is a single bed and a wardrobe inside room however wardrobe can be swapped for a small desk if preferred (as on the picture)
Kitchen is shared as well as bathroom on first floor. Bathroom is shared with 1-2 others.
All bills are included.
We are a fairly quiet household who are respecting each others space and privacy.
Near shops, busses and Eden Park train station.
