I am looking for a flatmate to share a two bedroomed flat in a private block in Beckenham, someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and happy to contribute to household admin/jobs to keep the flat looking tidy. The room is available from now.

The flat is not a party house as it’s in a very residential area.

I am a young professional working as an admin/HR to an ophthalmologist. I enjoy running, cooking, going to the cinema and socialising with friends. After a long day at work, I like to come home and cook or watch a TV show. I’m happy to socialise with my flatmate, but also respectful of their personal space as I value my own.

The room is a double and has a view of the Crystal Palace training ground. It comes with a double built-in wardrobe, a double bed with a mattress, and an adjoining bathroom for the flatmate’s personal use. Additional bedroom furniture can be purchased by the tenant if required.

The kitchen is large and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, integrated fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and two ovens. The flat has a lot of storage space in the corridor.

The block of flats is surrounded by green space as the balcony overlooks a cricket ground. It has security access and free parking in the communal parking area.

The nearest stations are New Beckenham and Beckenham Junction, both offering direct train services to London Bridge in approximately 20 minutes.

Bills come to approximately £280 a month per person.
