Spacious Roomshare, Nice Neighbours Beautiful Area

Huge cozy room in a beautiful Victorian detached house with a stunning 2nd floor garden view, lovely neighbourhood, with Tesco, cafés and a nature park (Kelsey Park), all within a 2 minute walk. Roomshare with friendly, lovely neighbours of good character.

You'll have access to a room, ensuite mini-fridge, TV, wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen, living room, washing machine, dishwasher, large garden, driveway and nearby public parking. Only the room and bathroom are shared with one roommate. The rest is effectively shared only with two other neighbours, a very amicable European couple and a kind little dog; everyone of similar age, personality, and background. Hot water, electricity, and WiFi work great. The bathroom is technically not ensuite but is just next to the room and effectively private, and there's an extra toilet room in case. The place is peaceful and high-trust. There's little maintenance or hassle, and no live-in landlord.

The room would be shared with an existing professional roommate (~25M) who is very polite, respectful, easygoing, educated, and flexibly works from home. You will have access to a king sized bed at your discretion, and shared access to a bathroom with a bath-shower. In emergencies, there are spare beds. Important: There is absolutely no obligation or expectation to be more than amicable, platonic, respectful roommates. The roommate can work in the living room if needed.

The low rent reflects the roomshare situation. Despite that, the interior is lovely and unproblematic, and we have a high-trust ambience.
