My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so her room is available in our two bed, 1.5 bath, split level flat in Beckenham, south London 🌳 Looking for someone also in their mid/late twenties and a working professional

🏡Move in date: from October 7th (or earlier)

💰Rent: £925pcm plus approx £150 ish for all bills (varies seasonally)

* Your room will be unfurnished and there is a large built in bookcase and wardrobe. Current bed is a king size for reference. There is some additional furniture you can have (bedside tables and bookshelf) so the main bits you’d need are a bed, mattress and desk 🌅
* Shared bathroom with a laundry room attached 🫧🧺
* Large kitchen with an extra downstairs living space; it needs decorating and making cosy so that could be a fun move in project! (Happy to do some decorating in general and make it your home too!)
* Nice large living room with double height ceilings 🛋️
* Shared garden space

The flat is lovely and in a safe area. It’s well looked after by the landlords - they’re super responsive. There is a tonne of storage throughout the flat and extra wardrobe space in my room for any overflow too! Lots of local green spaces, coffee shops, restaurants etc. If you have a car then there’s also free onsite parking.

🚂 23 minute walk to Beckenham junction >> London Victoria in 24 mins

🚃 We’re also connected to local trams - from Beckenham through to Croydon and up to Wimbledon 🚃
