Single room in bright, clean and quiet house

I (48F) have a small single room available for a tidy, considerate lodger. The room is furnished with a single bed with drawers, a wardrobe, and a small desk and chair.

You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other lodger (29F). I occupy two bedrooms (one used as an office/guest room) and work from home 3-4 days a week. My two little dogs are the other residents.

The house is in a quiet close. It has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a small laundry room. Outside there is a nice garden with flowers, bird feeders, and an ornamental pond.

We are a 10 min walk away from Eden Park station, served by a line that goes into London Bridge and Charing Cross. There are useful shops, restaurants, and bus stops a very short walk away from the house. The centre of Beckenham is reachable by foot or on a short bus ride.

The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, safe and leafy. There is street parking in the area.
