We've got a furnished single room available in our flat in Beckenham (BR3), and we're hoping to find someone lovely to share our home with.

A little about the flat and location

It's a ground-floor flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished and suitable for one person.

The rent is £770 per month, including bills.

One of the things we really love about the area is having Beckenham Place Park just a 5–7 minute walk away. It's a beautiful, peaceful green space with lovely woodland, perfect for long walks, a morning run or simply escaping the busyness of everyday life and enjoying some fresh air.

It's a non-smoking household, and unfortunately we can't accommodate pets.

A bit about us

There are currently two of us living here, one guy and one woman. We're both friendly, easy-going people who like to keep a positive outlook on life.

We're quite into healthy living, fitness, walking, and reading. We also enjoy things like meditation, science and personal development, although you certainly don't have to share all these interests!

We both have our own routines and enjoy our personal space, but we also like having a chat, sharing a laugh and making home a nice place to come back to at the end of the day.

Who would fit in?

More than anything, we'd love to find someone who's genuinely nice, positive, considerate and easy to get along with.

Someone who keeps shared spaces clean, respects other people's space and brings a good attitude to everyday life.

You don't need to be super outgoing or have exactly the same interests as us. We just think life is nicer when you live with people who are kind, open-minded and respectful of each other.

We're not looking for the perfect flatmate, just someone we feel comfortable sharing a home with.
