Single box room available in friendly, relaxed, tidy property sharing with professionals. The room is in good condition and all bills are included. It comes furnished with a cabin style bed which you can walk underneath (high ceilings). So although it is a box room there is a desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the room along with a TV.

I would consider letting the room from Monday - Friday for a little less money.

Excellent links to the City and West End. Within walking distance of Beckenham High St and Penge High St. We have the full SKY package, including movies and sports plus unlimited broadband.

Requirements:

No Couples or DSS (professional preferred).
One Month’s Deposit plus One Month’s rent in advance.
References Required.
This is a no smoking household (you are welcome to smoke in the garden).

Kent House Station is 10 minutes walk away with trains to Victoria.

Anerley Station is 15 minutes walk away with trains to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross. Plus the Overground line going towards Canada Water.

Birkbeck Tram stop is 3 minutes walk away with trams going to Croydon and Wimbledon.
