Decent sized double room in recently refurbished house.

I would like to rent out my spare room (long or short stays) to a considerate professional/student.

I have a recently refurbished large open plan kitchen and living room looking out onto the garden.

The room is at the rear of the house. It has a double bed, small wardrobe, a build in wardrobe, a set of drawers and a TV.

The room includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax etc).


It's perfect for students needing easy access to the hospitals at Goodmayes and Romford.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

I am a single professional who enjoys cooking, movies and the local pub.
