We are offering part of the ground floor of our family home - all bills included.

The spacious accommodation provides one double bedroom and a second, separate room that provides a kitchen area and living area that is also for your sole use. The space has contemporary, quality furnishings and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen is newly fitted and comes with new appliances including dishwasher and washer dryer. Solid wood floor throughout.

The shower room is over the hall and although not in daily use by the family might be used from time to time, for example, if we have guests. The flat is therefore not self-contained.

The rooms are heated to around 20 degrees by way of air source heat pump that heats the whole house. There is ample parking in the quiet neighbourhood or we can offer a space on the driveway if needed.

The local area is quiet and there are not many shops nearby. But we have lovely green spaces and an excellent Virgin Active gym and pool within walking distance. Great pubs and bars available in Chislehurst and super transport links to Bromley, London Victoria, London Blackfriars and London Bridge/Charing Cross.

We are busy working professionals with two teenagers daughters and a dog. We are looking for a quiet and respectful person without pets who values good quality accommodation and privacy. Single person only with guests by consent.
