Home Help in return for beautiful Garden Room

We are a family of 3 , me , my 13 year old and 7 year old . We live in a newly renovated house near Boston Manor Park , which is a 10 min walk from Boston Manor Tube ( Piccadilly line ) or a 10 min walk to Brentford overland . I am in the middle of creating a large garden room with its own shower room with WC etc . It will be about 6m x 4.5m , so a big space . I can’t post pictures of it yet as it is currently being built and will be ready by Sept , with a view to rent out in October . I can post pictures of it as it develops
The idea being that I am happy to rent it out cheaper than it’s normal worth with the view that I get some help around the home with childcare and cleaning / making 1-2 dinners per week ( that you are happy to join us with)
The childcare would be minimal - something like one night out at the weekend every 3/4 weeks . Where you would just put a film on for the kids and watch over them , they are totally able to look after themselves so it would just be an “ adult present “ that I am looking for .
I would also maybe go for a run or to the gym once a week in the evening but again similar thing - very easy childcare
Possibly pick up my daughter from drama classes every other week ( about 5 min walk )
The cleaning would be maybe 2 hours a week - cleaning the kitchen / downstairs lounge and bathrooms
Anyhow this is really just a speculative post as I realise I don’t have any pictures of the accommodation yet . Just wondering whether there is any interest in a slightly unusual arrangement
