Room has double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, laundry basket and dustbin. 2 sets of bedding and towels provided.

There is a Sainsburys local right outside the flat as well as a dry cleaners, coffee shop and gym (you must apply for membership)

Rent includes gas, electric, broadband and water. Location has great bus links to Chiswick, Hammersmith, Kingston, Ealing, Kew, Richmond as well as night bus from central London. Photos of the rest of the flat-available on request as well as the spare room at different angles.

I am a warm and friendly primary school teacher and will be out of the flat 7-7 and would ideally like someone who also works/studies long hours so that we are on similar time schedules.

Looking for someone who just needs a place to crash in the week but has a family/partner/place to go on weekends (perfect for commuters/students etc).

I would ideally like someone who keeps themselves to themselves in their room in the evenings and someone who doesn't cook much. You are of course welcome to use kettle/microwave in the kitchen and of course the bathroom, but the living room is private.
