Double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat.

The flat is on the second floor of a purpose built 1950s block, there isn’t many stairs. Lovely neighbours in the same block too.

BEDROOM: Lovely spacious bright room, with loads of storage! Built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, bed (with under bed storage) and a built in cupboard too for storage. Current tenant hasn’t been able to fill it all.

SHARED AREAS: Large lounge, with comfortable sofa, TV and dining table. Kitchen with dishwasher (lifesaver), built in fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom newly refurbished with bath/shower.

TRAVEL: Boston Manor Station (Piccadilly line) 10 mins walk, Brentford Station (mainline) 7 mins walk. A4/M4 is literally down to road too, so convenient for driving. Parking permits can be applied for on the road of the flat (won’t be included in bills).

PETS: You would be living with my two cats Cosmo and Luna. They both enjoy a good belly rub and play time so I hope that you like animals as much as me.

ABOUT ME: I’m 31, have lived in Ealing all my life and I work as a primary school teacher in Richmond (currently on maternity leave). I have a 4 month old daughter who is very well behaved too.

Unfortunately my current flatmate has a new job in Cambridge so is moving out but am looking for someone likeminded who doesn’t mind living with the cats and a baby! As a live in landlord, I do treat the flat like home. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and fix things immediately.
