There are shops, riverside restaurants and pubs close by. It is a very short walk to bus stops and a 10 min walk to Brentford station (SWR) and a short bus ride to Kew Bridge, Gunnersbury, Boston Manor, Syon Lane, and Isleworth stations i. e. District Line & Piccadilly Line. There is easy access to the M4 close by.

In addition to the rent of £850, there are shared expenses of approx. £175 each month.
