I am a professional female in my 30s and looking to rent my spare bedroom. All clothing will be removed from the wardrobe when rented.

I am very friendly, tidy and easy going and looking for someone similar or complimentary :)

All common areas will be kept clean. You simply have to ensure you keep your bedroom clean and clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen or dining area..

The flat is a 15 minute walk from South Ealing Piccadilly Line Station and 7 minute walk from Brentford Station. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment complex that takes you to Ealing Broadway station for the Elizabeth Line.

In the flat you would have your en-suite fully furnished double bedroom, shoe rack, spacious wardrobe and a dedicated workspace. You would also have access to a fully functional kitchen and dining area. The living room has light coloured furniture so access might be restricted.

The room also has a dedicated hair dryer, straightener and a printer.

The kitchen comes with shared appliances and a dining which you may use for your meals.
