I’m happy to offer my spare room to a female professional or student who is clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m looking for someone who values a calm and respectful home environment.
The room is a comfortable double room with:
A double bed
Electric heater
Large wardrobe and spacious drawers/storage
The flat is in a modern building with great facilities, including:
Residents’ gym
Co-working/workspace area for people working from home
A sports centre just across the road
Transport links are excellent:
Around 10 minutes’ walk to Gunnersbury Station
Only 3 minutes’ walk to Kew Bridge Station
A little about me: my work schedule changes regularly. Sometimes I work nights and sleep during the day, and sometimes I work from home or from the office. Because of this, it’s important for me to find someone thoughtful and respectful of noise and shared living space so we can both enjoy a peaceful home.
I enjoy cultural exchange, good conversation, exploring new places, and meeting people from different backgrounds.
I’m not really into hosting gatherings, and I would appreciate it if visitors and social meet-ups could take place outside the flat. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accommodate guests at home.
