I’m looking for a reliable, respectful and tidy lodger to occupy my entire one-bedroom apartment.

Due to my work commitments and frequent international travel, I’m rarely at the apartment, so it’s often unoccupied. Rather than leave the space unused, I’d like someone to make it their home while I’m away.

You’ll have the benefit of an entire one-bedroom apartment rather than just a room in a shared house, offering plenty of privacy, independence and comfort.

The arrangement would be under a lodger agreement, with the terms agreed in advance.
