Room available in beautiful flat in Brentford

Hi All,

I am going forward with a 2 bedroom flat I have seen and looking for someone to share with. The flat comes with shared living room, balcony, and bathroom. Move in date : Late December onwards. Viewings : December onwards.

Please not: all the furniture belongs to the previous tenants so will be redecorated. The images are for reference purposes only. Room: comes with bed and cupboards.

Bills: Council tax not included (£100 additional). Electricity is subject to a fair usage policy of £50 per month. Wifi included.

Pretty flexible minimum 3 months. Small deposit required.
Couples may be accepted however will only be short term contracts and will be additional cleaning charges.

About me: I work for Unillever (3 days WFH) so expect to see lots of Dove freebies. I am clean, tidy, happy to have a chit chat in the kitchen and love plants! I go to the gym, love a river walk and keen to get into padel (fingers crossed) Overall, I like a calm and peaceful flat environment especially during working hours and looking for someone likeminded to share with and create a safe space together. I tend to work from the living room so must be comfortable with that. And there may be a cat in the future hopefully!
