We are looking for a clean, tidy, and friendly individual (NO COUPLES) to share this well-maintained place. Ideal candidates are non-smokers who are considerate of others, friendly and take pride in keeping their living space clean -OCD very welcome ;) Please note, this is not suitable for someone working from home, messy, who clean the room once in a blue Moon.
The bills are not included but dont get scarred. They are approx.£20-30 when there is no heating and £60-70 during winter time.

The house features a spacious open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, a cosy lounge, and a lovely garden to relax in.

The house is just a 5-minute walk to Brentford Train Station (South West Trains), from where trains run every 15 minutes to central London (London Waterloo).

There are also multiple bus routes available:
267 & 237: Through Kew Bridge to Chiswick and onward to Hammersmith / Shepherd's Bush Westfield.

E8 & E2: To Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line), Hanwell, and Ealing Broadway (Central, District and Elizabeth Lines).

195: To Greenford, and… a night bus (N9) for late-night travel.

For shopping, you'll find Morrisons, Lidl, and a range of high street shops and restaurants.
