Hey all!!
I'm professional lady, who works for the civil service. I am clean and tidy (but not neurotic! lol) and would like in a tenant


The home is in Grove Park/ Bromley (Zone 4),close to Grove Park station - you can walk it in 10-15 minutes, which has very good links to London, the fast trains will get you to London Bridge or Waterloo East in 15-20 mins. The trains also go to Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Alternatively, there are many local bus routes which stop near by 124, 284, 181, 136 Bromley and Catford is also quick to get to by either train, bus or of course car, approx 10-20 minutes, depending on your mode of transport.

The room available is a double room & fully furnished and a small fridge.

Room included in the rent are all bills and utilities, including Council tax, Gas, Electric ect and a large back garden.

Parking is available upon the street. I am looking for someone friendly and trustworthy, who will doesn't mind engaging in a bit of light banter but who also likes their own space. Most importantly, you should know how to have a laugh!
