Hello there,

I'm setting up a cozy en-suite studio in a charming maisonette, just 4 minutes from Bromley High Street. You'll be surrounded by everything you need: shops, restaurants, gyms, parks, cinemas, and more, with excellent transport links (Shortlands, Bromley North, Bromley South stations are all nearby).

The studio is fully self-contained with a private bathroom. You’ll also have access to a spacious shared kitchen on the same level, or I can add a mini fridge and hob if you prefer more independence. The studio comes furnished with a double bed, desk, sofa bed, TV, and storage. Plus, enjoy the peaceful road and communal balcony with a bench for relaxing or having a cigarette or drink.

Ideal for a friendly professional or mature student who values privacy. Bills are £100 per person, and I’m open to couples.
