I am the owner of this spacious home and have lived here for 20 years. I am a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people. You will be sharing with me and one other professional who enjoys company but also likes having their own space as well.

The house has a sitting room, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Laundry cupboard. Also downstairs is a walk-in shower room and study. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and another bathroom.
Outside is a large drive and free on street parking. Also there is a secluded south facing rear garden with table and chairs.
There is Wireless Broadband through out the house.

The room is a large double, furnished but welcome to bring additional items for your room.
