All in very near reach are The Forster Memorial Park, The Grove Park Nature Reserve local shops and a fuel station. The Downham Health and leisure centre is a short walk.
For larger shops, the Coop and parades opposite the train station are a very easy reach. Literally everything is in easy reach.

The house is a 2bed house - clean and tidy with fast internet and all mod cons in a quiet road and noise levels are very low indeed.
